Editorial policy
Answers come before atmosphere. Operational facts carry a check date and a named source; medical limits are stated plainly; clinic inclusion never means ranking, endorsement, or a promised result.
Accuracy and context
Every guide answers one primary query, distinguishes reported fact from inference, identifies material sources, and records publication and update dates. Clinic and booking facts are checked directly; unsupported superlatives and outcome claims are removed.
Evidence and attribution
Names, locations, languages, channels, payment claims, registration claims, and recovery statements are checked against the most direct available source. Conflicts remain visible, stale facts are rechecked, and uncertainty is described, never averaged away.
Editorial independence
Coverage is commissioned for reader use. Access, gifts, payment, or a clinic relationship cannot purchase inclusion, favorable language, or approval of conclusions.
Updates and corrections
Material factual errors are corrected transparently. Minor changes that do not alter meaning may be made without a formal note.

skingazette does not publish clinic reviews, treatment ratings, before-and-after assessments, or site-wide testing claims. A guide may describe a documented process, but it does not convert access or observation into endorsement.
Health information
Health material is general information for planning and cannot diagnose, determine suitability, replace informed consent, or clear a reader to fly. Individual risks, aftercare, and urgent symptoms must be discussed with the treating clinician.
